HR Executive - Compliance
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate/MSW/MBA
Location: Manyata Tech park
Responsibilities:
- Possess strong working knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Audit documents and participate in on-site/physical audits.
- Manage all matters related to ESI & PF, including issue resolution and employee support.
- Handle registrations, renewals, and amendments under Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, and other applicable labour laws.
- Prepare documentation for Client Audits and Government Inspections, including authorities such as PF Department, ESI Corporation, and Labour Department.
- Compile and share Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports related to statutory compliance with the management team.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up for amendments and renewals under various statutory Acts.
- Address and resolve employee grievances related to ESI & PF.
- Prepare and file Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly statutory returns as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
