Job Opening: HR Manager & Statutory Compliance Officer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Required Skills & Knowledge:

· Strong knowledge of Payroll, Statutory Compliance, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, and HR Audit

· Experience in the Footwear industry preferred

· Good understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and employee management

· Ability to handle compliance documentation and inspections

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end HR operations

· Oversee payroll and statutory compliance

· Maintain all statutory registers and records

· Conduct HR audits and ensure legal compliance

· Recruitment, on boarding, manpower planning

· Employee grievance handling and discipline

· Attendance, leave management, and HRMIS

· Prepare compliance and HR reports for management

Qualification:

· Graduation mandatory

· MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in HR & Compliance
