Position Summary
The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, HR policies, and regulatory compliance standards. This role involves implementing compliance programs, managing audits, maintaining employee records, monitoring HR processes, and working closely with internal stakeholders to minimize non-compliance risks.
Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
- Handle statutory audits and coordinate with external agencies, legal consultants, and government bodies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment laws and update management accordingly.
Policy Management
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensure proper implementation of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Conduct compliance training for HR staff and management.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain employee records, statutory documents, HR registers, and audit files.
- Ensure proper and timely filing of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory returns.
Internal Audit & Risk Mitigation
- Conduct periodic internal compliance audits and prepare reports.
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop corrective action plans.
- Establish monitoring systems to ensure ongoing adherence to HR compliance standards.
Vendor & Payroll Compliance
- Ensure third-party vendor compliance for contract labor, payroll documentation, and statutory obligations.
- Monitor contractor licenses, wage registers, attendance records, and related statutory filings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
