HR - Compliance & Payroll

• 3+ years of experience into HR Compliance, Preferably from Jewellery industry
• Ensuring the company follows all labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Staying current on evolving local, state, and national labor laws and regulations.
• Manage payroll for employees
• Resolve any salary & compliance related queries or issues of staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
