HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (1–3 Years)

Role Highlights:
– Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure.
– Work closely with hiring managers to meet talent needs.
– Create and maintain strong candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing methods.

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing skills and stakeholder management.
Exposure to BFSI hiring is an advantage.
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
