HR Consultant (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment & manpower planning (Indeed & online sourcing)
  • Hiring, joining formalities, induction & onboarding
  • HR policies, SOPs & statutory compliance
  • Attendance & payroll coordination
  • PF & ESI return filing
  • PMS implementation & performance reviews
  • Employee grievance handling & relations
  • Training coordination & development
  • Exit process (exit interview, full & final)
  • HR MIS, reports & HR software management

Required Skills

  • Strong HR operations & textile industry exposure
  • Experience handling 100+ employees
  • Knowledge of labour laws, PF & ESI
  • Good communication & reporting skills
  • Hands-on with HR software & MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Performance management: 5 years (Required)
  • Policy & System Implementation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Staff training: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
