- End-to-end recruitment & manpower planning (Indeed & online sourcing)
- Hiring, joining formalities, induction & onboarding
- HR policies, SOPs & statutory compliance
- Attendance & payroll coordination
- PF & ESI return filing
- PMS implementation & performance reviews
- Employee grievance handling & relations
- Training coordination & development
- Exit process (exit interview, full & final)
- HR MIS, reports & HR software management
Required Skills
- Strong HR operations & textile industry exposure
- Experience handling 100+ employees
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF & ESI
- Good communication & reporting skills
- Hands-on with HR software & MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Performance management: 5 years (Required)
- Policy & System Implementation: 3 years (Preferred)
- Staff training: 5 years (Required)
