HR Consulting Growth Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven and execution-focused HR Consulting Growth Manager (Business Development & Project Management) to generate new business opportunities and manage the delivery of HR consulting related projects. This role combines outbound B2B sales, client relationship management, and hands-on project oversight. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through cold outreach, converting prospects into active projects, and ensuring structured, high-quality execution of Talentac’s HR consulting services.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Generate qualified B2B leads through structured cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
Identify decision-makers and initiate consultative conversations.
Present Talentac Solutions’ HR consulting and recruitment services professionally.
Convert prospects into signed consulting or recruitment mandates.
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.

Client & Project Management
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms with clients.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of projects.
Oversee recruitment and HR consulting assignments from initiation to completion.
Ensure quality control, milestone adherence, and client satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Operations & Reporting
Maintain CRM accuracy and structured pipeline reporting.
Track performance metrics, lead conversions, and revenue contribution.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Ensure structured follow-ups and disciplined calendar management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or HR consulting project management.
Experience working within the European or Middle Eastern markets.
Proven ability to generate business through cold outreach and outbound sales.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital workflow tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Other Details
Hybrid work model (Flexible 6–7 working hours per day)
Candidate must be legally eligible to work in their current country of residence (No employment visa sponsorship will be provided)

Compensation Structure
Initial 90-day performance-based engagement
Incentive-driven compensation during trial phase
Fixed compensation structure to be discussed based on performance and long-term engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
