Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee on-boarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling joining formalities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage employee on-boarding and joining formalities (documentation, induction, ID creation, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
  • Use MS Excel to manage HR data, prepare reports, track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics
  • Assist with HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Support HR team in organizing training, engagement activities, and other initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role (freshers with internships can also apply)
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of HR processes, especially on-boarding and employee lifecycle
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
