HR Coordinator

Beat Education Center of Excellence is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to manage HR operations and support smooth coordination between academic, freelance, and business functions. The role requires strong organizational skills in payroll management, recruitment, class arrangements, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for building a pool of freelance and consultant faculty to strengthen the institution’s academic excellence. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management: Handle monthly payroll processes accurately and on time. Class Arrangements: Coordinate faculty schedules (in-house & online) and ensure seamless delivery of classes. Recruitment: Drive the hiring process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of staff and faculty. Freelance & Consultant Pool Creation: Build and maintain a strong database of freelance trainers and consultants to support academic programs. Performance Evaluation: Monitor faculty and staff performance and maintain evaluation records. Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with in-house and online faculty for academic delivery. Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales department to align faculty allocation and academic needs with student enrollment. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, ensure policy compliance, and assist with other HR operations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR/recruitment/coordination experience (education or training industry preferred). Strong networking ability to identify and onboard freelance faculty and consultants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools. Laptop is mandatory for daily operations
