HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will support the HR department in daily operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, effective communication with employees, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of HR-related data.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or coordination.
  • UAE driving license mandatory.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
