Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all employment-related processes, including contracts, visas, licenses, and documentation, in coordination with the PRO.
  • Handle internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Arrange transportation for visitors and official delegations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, HR events, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.
  • Supervise IT Technician, Maintenance Assistant, PRO, and Office Boy to ensure smooth office operations (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.).
  • Process employee payroll in coordination with the finance team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
