We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives across the group. The role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws. The HR Coordinator will act as a key liaison between management and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and enhance overall employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support employee engagement programs and initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Coordinate HR operations with department heads and management
Assist in performance management and employee relations
