Job Overview:

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department in and operational tasks. This role is essential in facilitating smooth HR processes, assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including paperwork and training schedules.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • HR Administration: Assist with HR-related inquiries, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
  • Training and Development: Support the planning and coordination of employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize HR events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with HR data entry and prepare reports as needed for management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR role (At least 1 year in UAE)
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HR software.
