HR Coordinator

HR COORDINATOR REQUIRED

Singapore based Maritime Group requires a competent HR Coordinator for its Karachi Office. Decent remuneration and benefits will be offered commensurate to potential candidate’s qualification and experience.

CRITERIA

· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Continuously update / expand database of potential seafarers for all designations required at Company managed ships through job portals and internal resources.

· Assist recruitment process of seafarers in confirmation of availability / qualifications, interviews, and process joining of selected seafarers including preparation of forms, contracts, medical, visa / tickets, etc.

· Maintain accurate employee records of service; update and expand the database to ensure continuous availability of updated data.

· Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company data.
