- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating introductions to the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support performance management processes by tracking probation periods, evaluations, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed for management and regulatory authorities.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Preferably , a female Arabic-speaking candidate.
