  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating introductions to the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support performance management processes by tracking probation periods, evaluations, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Preferably , a female Arabic-speaking candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
