We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily HR operations of RCS Learning Center, RCS Behavioral and Educational Consulting, and Mini-Miracles Early Education & Childcare Center.
This position plays an essential role in employee onboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and staff support across multiple programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including CORI/SORI checks, I-9 verification, collecting documentation, and preparing employee files.

Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems (ADP, CentralReach, etc.).

Track and maintain compliance requirements such as trainings, certifications, CORI renewals, and EEC documentation.

Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions.

Help prepare and distribute HR communications, policy updates, and staff notices.

Provide general HR support to leadership, supervisors, and staff while handling confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, or employee support roles.

Experience with onboarding, background checks (CORI/SORI), I-9 compliance, and maintaining personnel files.

Strong communication and customer-service skills when interacting with candidates and staff.

Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or similar systems preferred.
Schedule
Part-time, 20-25 hours/week Monday through Friday. Some remote work flexibility based on organizational needs.
