HR Coordinator

We are “Lazarchuk & Partners.” a dynamic grown company for Consulting Services with more than 4 years of experience within UAE. Our international group of companies brings together several diverse business areas.

Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment within UAE;
- Schedule interview with relevant candidates matching company requirements;
- Conducting offline/online interviews;
- Building sales teams and execution/operations departments;
- Maintaining reports;
- Participation in the company’s HR projects;
- Proper management of Bitrix24 and SberPodbor systems;
- Time Management

You Must have:
- Higher education;
- Confident PC user: MS Office, Google Sheets; experience with Bitrix24 and SberPodbor is an advantage;
- Fast vacancy closure rate: at least 1 position per week;
- Proven experience as an HR specialist in the UAE;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Ability to make independent decisions;
- Strong time management and task planning skills;
- Passion for the profession;
- Ability to work with documentation;
- Fluent in Russian & English languages mandatory;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Punctuality, attention to the details,
- Proactive mindset, energy, quick learning ability, reliability, organization, and strong result orientation.
