- rovide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage office operations including supplies, vendors, facilities, and service providers
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain organized filing systems for HR, insurance, accommodation, and legal documents (both digital and physical)
- Handle correspondence with government authorities, insurance providers, landlords, and legal entities when required
- Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documentationCoordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring completion of contracts, policy acknowledgements, and statutory documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with data protection and labor regulations
- Coordinate worker accommodation arrangements, including documentation, occupancy tracking, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Administer employee insurance programs (medical, life, workmen’s compensation, or equivalent), including enrollments, renewals, claims coordination, and recordkeeping
- Prepare, process, and maintain legal and statutory documents such as employment contracts, visas/work permits (where applicable), government forms, and compliance filings
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave records, and required statutory information
- Assist with employee relations matters, performance review cycles, and HR initiatives
- Respond to employee HR-related queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
