Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth office workflows, assist with HR documentation, and play an important role in employee onboarding and daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and orientation procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, forms, and paperwork as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and basic HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
