Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work culture.
• Plan and coordinate training and development programs.
• Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
