HR Coordinator
Reports To: HR Manager
Location: 6th of October
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities by posting vacancies on job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
- Screen CVs based on predefined job requirements and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules, confirmations, and logistics with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Assist in preparing job offers and follow up with candidates to complete employment documentation.
- Support HR team participation in job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities when required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the implementation of the company’s performance management system and annual appraisal cycles.
- Coordinate performance review timelines and follow up with employees and managers to ensure on-time completion.
- Maintain accurate, confidential performance appraisal records and documentation.
- Track performance improvement plans and follow-up actions in coordination with HR Manager.
- Prepare summary reports on appraisal completion rates and performance trends.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including orientation schedules and joining documentation.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are completed, signed, and archived accurately.
- Support internal communication initiatives such as announcements, newsletters, and employee recognition posts.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and well-being initiatives.
- Collect, compile, and analyze new-hire feedback and employee engagement data.
- Support initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and escalate issues to HR Manager when required.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and HR documentation reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- HR certificate or Diploma is a Must.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment or HR operations.
- Experience with HRMS or HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare accurate and organized HR reports.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
