Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (shortlisting, interview scheduling, follow-ups)
  • Act as a liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Maintain and update employee and candidate records
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and compliance
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administrative support

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator / HR Executive / Recruitment Coordinator
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Knowledge of UAE labor practices is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
