Description:


Denbright Dental Labs is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized HR Coordinator to support corporate Human Resources in a remote, exempt role. This position manages end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, supports HRIS administration (Paylocity preferred), assists with benefits reconciliation support, and provides broad HR administrative and project support. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet with confidential information, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate virtual new hire orientations
  • Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded within the HRIS system (Paylocity preferred)
  • Manage and track onboarding checklists to ensure completion of all required steps and documentation
  • Verify and process I-9 employment eligibility documentation in accordance with company policy and federal requirements
  • Coordinate and process offboarding activities, including separation documentation, HRIS updates, and internal notifications
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS platform
  • Perform HRIS data entry for employee information, demographics, status changes, and personnel files
  • Organize and securely store employee documents in appropriate digital filing systems
  • Support benefits reconciliation processes and assist with benefits-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Generate reports and fulfill reporting requests as needed
  • Provide recruiting support as needed, including job posting assistance, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Serve as a backup recruiter for an assigned function/department to support timely hiring workflows
  • Enter and process all employee job/position changes and updates in the HRIS
  • Assist with corporate projects, initiatives, and process improvements
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using an HRIS platform (Paylocity preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
  • Previous HR onboarding/offboarding experience strongly preferred
  • Recruiting coordination experience (scheduling, candidate communications, HRIS/ATS workflows) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
