HR Coordinator

Supports a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
Recruitment Support
  • Assist with full‑cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist Recruiter with developing recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning needs.
  • Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Front Reception
  • Manage all reception duties including greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanor, managing check-ins with efficiency.
  • Managing a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly while maintaining professionalism, welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner, registering visitors; issue and replace lost visitors' pass when needed, operating telephone console to receive, collect, and distribute incoming calls and messages.
Human Resources Support
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions, or redirecting higher level matters to the appropriate team member.
  • Assists with processing of terminations.
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Prepares new-employee files.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or another related field preferred.
  • Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • 5 years’ Human Resources experience is required.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws is required.
  • 2 years minimum experience processing payroll with 300+ employees – Workday, ADP or Paycor experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
