Main Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in posting ADs on job portals, screening CVs and coordinating with school branch managers for scheduling interviews.
- Liaise with candidates and coordinate in terms of releasing the offer letters, facilitating in terms of joining and employment Visa/labour card related processes. Also to coordinate to arrange for the basic facilities after their joining.
- Keep regular check on daily attendance of staff and generate monthly attendance report for Management review.
- Regularly update the Annual Leave overview and submit report end of each month for Management review.
- Issue administrative letters such as Salary certificate, Warning letters, etc.
- Liaise with PRO consultants in terms of Visas
- Maintain and update the staff database
- Prepare JDs for all roles
- Stay updated in terms of UAE Labour Law and pass communications to the staff in terms of general announcements/public holidays.
- Should be able to work on HRMS system

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
