Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruiting for warehouse operations roles and office roles
• Personnel Management: Handle new hire onboarding and separation processes, maintain employment documentation for hires and terminations. Maintain employee KPI records and performance-related documentation, manage and update employee personnel files and HR records.
• Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit-related questions and enrollment changes, coordinate with benefit providers and internal teams as needed
• Labor-Related Matters: Handle labor-related issues such as employee conflicts, EDD, claim services, and support compliance with federal and state labor requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR operations, recruiting, or administrative HR roles required
• Practical understanding of U.S. labor and employment practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong learning ability and willingness to learn new processes and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related workplace software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
