We are seeking an experienced and well-organized
HR Coordinator
with
mandatory experience in Building Construction companies in the UAE
to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires close coordination with management, PRO, insurance providers, finance, and site teams to ensure smooth HR processes, statutory compliance, and effective workforce management across multiple construction sites.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
-
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
building construction roles
including:
-
Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Chargehands, Skilled & Unskilled Labor, Storekeepers, Timekeepers, Admin, and Support Staff.

Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Teams on manpower planning, job descriptions, and mobilization timelines.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.

Conduct HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with site/project teams.
-
Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower status reports, and joining forecasts.
-
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and follow up on mobilization and joining.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
-
Manage onboarding for
office and site staff
, including document verification and joining formalities.
-
Ensure completion of employment contracts, labor files, NDA, and policy acknowledgments.

Coordinate accommodation allocation, site deployment, ID cards, and access permissions.
-
Track probation periods and coordinate confirmations or extensions.
3. Offboarding & Exit Management
-
Process resignations and terminations strictly as per
UAE Labour Law
and company policy.

Coordinate clearance from sites, asset handover, and access deactivation.
-
Prepare experience letters, NOCs, and coordinate final settlements.
-
Ensure timely
visa cancellation and insurance removal
.
4. Insurance & Employee Welfare
-
Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, renewals, additions, and deletions for site and office staff.
-
Assist employees with insurance claims and queries.
-
Maintain insurance compliance records and support worker welfare initiatives.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (physical & digital).
-
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOL regulations, and company HR policies.
-
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary coordination, and escalation to management.
-
Support HR audits and management reporting.
6. Visa, PRO & Government Relations
-
Coordinate with PRO for employment visas, renewals, amendments, Emirates ID, labor contracts, and cancellations.
-
Track visa expiries for
site-based manpower and staff
and initiate renewals proactively.
-
Act as the single point of contact for visa-related matters.
7. Payroll & Attendance Support
-
Coordinate attendance, overtime, leave, and site time sheets.
-
Verify payroll inputs and support WPS compliance with Finance.
-
Assist in gratuity calculations and final settlement processing.
8. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
-
Coordinate performance appraisals for staff and site engineers.
-
Track confirmations, increments, and promotions as approved.
-
Support site engagement initiatives, toolbox talks coordination, and training records.
9. Training & Development Support
-
Coordinate safety, technical, and compliance training for site teams.
-
Maintain training attendance and records.
-
Support induction programs for new site mobilizations.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
-
1–3 years of UAE experience as HR Coordinator / HR Executive
-
Mandatory experience in Building Construction companies
-
Exposure to
site manpower handling, visas, payroll support, and labor compliance
-
Strong working knowledge of
UAE Labour Law, MOL, and immigration processes
