Job Summary

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations at Allia Health. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will assist with onboarding, employee record maintenance, HRIS data entry, and administrative support for HR initiatives and programs. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of required documentation.
  • Perform timely and accurate HR data entry, including data and pay rate changes, in ADP Workforce Now
  • Prepare HR Memos
  • Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations and guidelines


Required Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, and or Business Administration, or 5 years of experience working in an HR Role in lieu of degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Intermediate knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience using an HRIS system (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, BambooHR, Workday)

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
  • Experience with ADP SASS


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
