The HR Coordinator cum Camp Boss is responsible for managing employee accommodations, camp facilities, and welfare, while coordinating key HR activities such as employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, and HR record maintenance. The role ensures that camp operations run smoothly, employees are well supported, and all HR and administrative processes comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:HR Coordination:
- Assist in employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction processes.
- Maintain updated employee records, including passports, visas, and Emirates ID tracking.
- Coordinate with PRO and HR Officer for visa processing, renewals, and medical tests.
- Prepare and maintain attendance, leave, and overtime reports for payroll processing.
- Support HR team in preparing warning letters, memos, and other HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and new hire logistics.
Camp Management:
- Supervise overall camp operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline standards are maintained in all camp areas.
- Coordinate with transport, catering, and maintenance teams to meet daily operational needs.
- Maintain camp occupancy records and allocate rooms to employees as per company policy.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, and dining areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Address employee grievances related to camp and welfare issues.
- Manage distribution of uniforms, PPE, and other employee essentials.
- Monitor consumption of utilities and ensure cost control in camp operations.
