HR Coordinator - English and Tagalog speaking

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with at least 1 year of HR experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle client service, HR administrative tasks, and data analysis to support our HR operations.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional client service and act as a primary point of contact.
  • Assist with HR administrative duties, documentation, and employee records.
  • Perform data collection, reporting, and analysis for HR metrics.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of HR activities.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients and team members.Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in the UAE.• Experience in client-facing HR roles.
  • Experience in insurance coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and MS Office (especially Excel).• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in UAE.
