  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and orientation schedules.
  • Coordinate documentation for new hires (CNIC, forms, bank details).
  • Manage exit formalities including clearance forms and final settlement support.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical).
  • Ensure proper filing of HR documents in compliance with company SOPs.
  • Support in maintaining HRIS / HRMS data.
  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare attendance summaries for payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing trainings, staff engagement activities, and events.
  • Support in disciplinary procedures by preparing notices and documentation.

Education

BBA/MBA (HRM) in HR from any HEC-recognised institution

Experience

§ 1-2 years.
