Position Summary
Human Resources Coordinator looking to expand their knowledge in the Human Resources world. Offers a great work-life balance, with lots of room for HR knowledge and growth. The individual should be deadline-oriented, and results-driven.
Essential Responsibilities (Est. time 100% Field)
1. Management of confidential personnel files.
2. Process HR mail
3. Serve as a resource to employees on HR policies and procedures
4. Conduct an employee exit interview
5. Update employee manual
6. Assist in resume reviews and recruitment.
7. Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
8. Assist safety Director with administrative duties
9. Reference checks.
10. Assist in the Benefit renewal process and company rollout
11. Front Desk administrative duties as assigned
