Job Title: HR Coordinator-healthcare

Location: Onsite – New York, NY

Duration: 4+ months contract

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

Seeking a HR Volunteer Services Coordinator to support volunteer programs at a leading healthcare institution. This role involves interviewing and placing volunteers, managing schedules, and coordinating volunteer activities across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview, screen, and place volunteers

  • Manage volunteer schedules and daily activities

  • Coordinate orientations, training, and compliance requirements

  • Support volunteer programs and departmental events

  • Communicate with staff across multiple departments

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of administrative or volunteer coordination experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare environment

Education:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

Salary info:

$25 - $28 / hr
