HR Coordinator (Manufacturing) – Temp to Hire

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, people-focused HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources and administrative functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to grow their HR career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
Support HR processes including onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
Coordinate recruiting activities, new hire orientations, and employee engagement efforts.
Maintain confidential employee information and ensure accuracy of records.
Provide administrative support to HR leadership and assist other departments as needed.
Partner with managers and employees to ensure clear communication and policy compliance.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
A combination of HR education and administrative experience is ideal.
Recent grads with office or admin experience and HR coursework are encouraged to apply.
