About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, people-focused HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources and administrative functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to grow their HR career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Support HR processes including onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and benefits administration.

• Coordinate recruiting activities, new hire orientations, and employee engagement efforts.

• Maintain confidential employee information and ensure accuracy of records.

• Provide administrative support to HR leadership and assist other departments as needed.

• Partner with managers and employees to ensure clear communication and policy compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• A combination of HR education and administrative experience is ideal.

• Recent grads with office or admin experience and HR coursework are encouraged to apply.
