HR Coordinator (Night Shift)

Note: This is NIGHT SHIFT JOB based in PWD Islamabad. Please apply if location and shift time suits you

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations:

● Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new hires.

● Attendance & Records: Maintain employee records, track attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

● Employee Engagement: Support internal communications, team activities, and company events.

● HR Admin Support: Prepare letters, maintain HR files, and assist with policy implementation.

● Learning & Growth: Coordinate training sessions and gather feedback from team members.

What We’re Looking For

● 2+ Years of Relevant Experinece

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field ).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

● A positive, people-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • 3years: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
