As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Coordinator & Office Administrator to help support our employees and keep our Orlando office running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, proactive, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The HR Coordinator & Office Administrator plays a dual role supporting Human Resources functions and day-to-day office operations. This person will be a key point of contact for employee questions, onboarding, and HR coordination, while also ensuring the Orlando office is organized, welcoming, and well-maintained.
This position works closely with managers across departments and helps foster a positive, professional, and engaged workplace culture.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and filter incoming mail and packages
- Manage occasional walk-ins or solicitors in a professional manner
- Coordinate with managers when warehouse or office repairs are needed
- Communicate with the landlord and contractors to schedule and complete maintenance or repairs
- Order and manage office supplies, kitchen supplies, and snacks
- Order supplies for managers as needed (Amazon, vendors, etc.)
- Coordinate with the cleaning crew and perform quality checks to ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Help maintain overall office organization and appearance
- Order and organize lunches for monthly All Hands meetings and other team events
- Support employee engagement, morale, and culture initiatives
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and first-day setup
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to company policies, benefits, and general HR needs
- Assist managers with employee relations matters, including facilitating Seek to Understand conversations and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Coordinate and assist with employee terminations, ensuring proper documentation and process
- Manage HR and employment-related paperwork and records
- Post job openings on the company website, Indeed, and other platforms
- Monitor incoming applications and filter candidates to present qualified applicants to hiring managers
- Assist with scheduling interviews and supporting the hiring process as needed
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks as needed
- Proficient with basic office tools (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets)
- Experience with job postings and applicant screening (Indeed or similar platforms)
Language Preferences
- English required (primary working language)
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
