Job Title: HR Coordinator

Primary Purpose: Weekly process of payroll, onboarding, maintain files, support other HR needs
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
· Process payroll weekly for two locations, approx. 200 employees. Paylocity experience a plus.
· Communicate across both locations for payroll needs
· Pre-employment screening, onboarding, and orientation for new employees; one location
· Termination paperwork
· Maintain files; personnel, I-9, benefit, garnishment, child support
· Reconcile invoices for group insurance policies
· 401k administration including earnings, deductions, loans, weekly payroll files
· Recruiting – Track/forward resumes, set-up interviews, and schedule orientations for HR
· Initiate and complete employee 90 Day reviews
· Understand and enforce Company policies
· Assist with disciplinary actions and recruiting as needed
· Support HR for both locations
· Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Knowledge of payroll software and HR basics, including maintaining confidentiality
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including timeliness
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Ability to interact with a wide range of personalities, from general labor to upper management
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to function well in a fast-paced busy environment
· Ability to move between buildings as needed; bend, crouch, use of stairs
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, periodically
· Prolonged periods of sitting at desk/computer screen
