Description:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for assigned departments
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Deliver the HR portion of New Hire Orientation
- Prepare new employee files and enter data into HRIS systems (Paylocity experience preferred)
- Complete Form I-9 verification and maintain compliant I-9 records
- Initiate background checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date personnel, training, and digital records
- Ensure all employee documentation complies with legal and organizational standards
- Conduct regular audits of HR and benefits files
- Track compliance requirements, certifications, and deadlines
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of performance evaluations
- Perform consistent and accurate HRIS data entry
HR Services
- Provide responsive HR support to employees via in-person, phone, and email communication
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to support organizational improvement
General HR Support
- Perform administrative duties including filing, scanning, mailing, and document management
- Partner with departments to support HR, training, and operational initiatives
- Support open enrollment and other employee benefits activities
- Assist with additional HR-related duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of relevant HR experience and full cycle recruiting experience; manufacturing company recruitment a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Working knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards in Washington State
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Day shift – 7:30 to 4:00 pm (with Friday WFH)
Hourly Rate
$32-$38 per hour
