HR Coordinator/Office Admin

  • Recruit and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process in partnership with hiring managers
  • Serve as the primary liaison with drug testing vendors, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Help ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of I-9 forms for all new hires, submit employee information to E-Verify as required, and maintain compliance with federal employment eligibility regulations.
  • Promote Suntec's core principles to foster a collaborative and accountable work culture, encouraging an ESOP mindset that emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and long-term investment in the company.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g UKG)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish and English is required

The Human Resources Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations by providing administrative, recruiting, and employee-facing support while serving as a key point of contact for the MAG 44 office. This role is responsible for coordinating drug testing, supporting recruiting and onboarding activities, and managing front-desk reception duties.
