Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European employees and offices
  • Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Assist with employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding processes in line with local European labour laws
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries across Europe
  • Support payroll coordination with local vendors and internal finance teams
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinate HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Support communication between Dubai headquarters and European stakeholders
  • Assist with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role
  • Experience supporting European HR operations or international workforces is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of employment and HR best practices
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, microsoft word & excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
