Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European employees and offices
- Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Assist with employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding processes in line with local European labour laws
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries across Europe
- Support payroll coordination with local vendors and internal finance teams
- Assist with benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
- Support communication between Dubai headquarters and European stakeholders
- Assist with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role
- Experience supporting European HR operations or international workforces is preferred
- Basic knowledge of employment and HR best practices
- Experience working with HRIS systems, microsoft word & excel.
