Job Title: HR cum Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Management
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including sales and purchase entries.
- Verify purchase bills and post corresponding journal entries.
- Perform e-commerce sales and returns reconciliation.
- Carry out monthly reconciliation of marketplace and website sales and collections.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely payment of TDS.
- Assist Reconciling GST and TDS returns with books of accounts.
- Assist in compliance related to PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
3. HR Activities
- Maintain daily attendance records. Leave records.
- Prepare monthly payroll for workforce and staff
- Coordinate with employees and workforce regarding PF, ESIC, and other HR-related matters.
- File PF ESIC, professional tax monthly returns
4. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports as required.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements
Education
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
- Experience in handling e-commerce accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Good Excel and data management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
CTC – 3,00,000 TO 3,60,000

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
