HR cum Accounts Assistant

· Job Summary

The HR and Accounts Assistant will play a dual role in supporting the financial health of the company and ensuring smooth HR operations. This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to handle employee-related matters.

Human Resources Support

· Payroll & Leave Management: Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate leave records for all staff. Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries and leave settlements.

· Documentation: Manage and maintain a comprehensive filing system for employee records, both physical and electronic.

· Visa & Legal Compliance: Coordinate with SAIF Zone and legal authorities and agents for visa processing and other legal renewals. Manage the full visa lifecycle (New, Renewal, Cancellation) within the SAIF Zone portal.

· Recruitment Support: Support in gathering CVs, recording, screening, approaching candidates, arranging interviews and final onboarding.

· Office Procedures: Implement and maintain HR and administrative procedures to ensure office efficiency.

· Engagement Initiatives: Assist the HR Manager in organizing internal events and activities and trainings.

Accounting & Finance

· Accounts Management: Manage and handle accounts payable and receivables.

· Cash Flow: Handle petty cash logs, prepare bank reconciliations, and perform cash management forecasting.

· Invoicing & Vouchers: Prepare invoices, cheques, receipts, and payment vouchers.

· Tax & Audit: Support VAT filing through the FTA e-Services Portal and assist in year-end audits.

· Budgeting: Monitor company spending and assist in recording office expenditures.

· Procurement: Assist in purchase-related works, including recording vendors and issuing Purchase Orders.
