is Job Summary:
ABODE School is seekimf for an HR cum Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing both human resource and accounting functions of the school. The role includes handling recruitment, payroll, employee records, statutory compliance, fee management, and financial reporting, ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resource Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmations, and experience certificates.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and maintain related records.
- Support performance evaluation, employee engagement, and training activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
2. Accounts Management
- Handle daily accounting operations including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage school fee collections, issue receipts, and follow up on pending dues.
- Maintain cash book, ledgers, and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Process vendor bills, staff reimbursements, and maintain expense records.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and assist during audits.
- Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and finance departments as needed.
3. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Admin, Academic, and Management teams for HR and finance-related activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets, expense forecasts, and payroll summaries.
- Support smooth communication between staff and management regarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and Accounting, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
