Position Overview

The HR cum Admin is responsible for handling both human resource and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves managing employee relations, maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment, and supporting office administration in compliance with company policies and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and appraisal processes.

Administration:

  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and logistics arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and meeting arrangements.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.

ISO & Compliance:

  • Maintain HR/Admin documentation as per ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 standards.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Promote awareness of quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law and visa procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with ISO documentation and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in UAE).
  • ISO awareness or basic training (advantage).
