Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support both HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive workplace environment. The candidate must also possess strong market knowledge to efficiently trace and procure office supplies as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate orientation sessions and maintain employee records.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Track daily attendance, manage leave requests, and prepare monthly reports.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services.
- Market Knowledge: Identify, trace, and procure required office supplies from the market efficiently.
- Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Compliance Support: Ensure HR and administrative practices align with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Practical knowledge of local markets and ability to source office supplies effectively.

Location: Ebridge Technology Private Limited. Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
