HR cum Admin Executive

HR Functions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, employee letters, and contracts.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Support payroll inputs and compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Joining & Exit Formalities, F&F Settlements of Left Employees

Admin Functions

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and coordinate with service providers.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting/event coordination.
  • Maintain records of administrative expenses and assist in budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR cum Admin: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
