We are hiring for HR & admin for construction industry
No of positions: 1 nos
Location: Chennai
Qualifications: Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in contracting / construction
industry).
Salary: Upto 3 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, issuing
offer letters.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, contracts).
- Handle employee on boarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support in payroll preparation by providing attendance, overtime, and leave data.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Coordinate training & development initiatives.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage company assets, inventory, and office supplies.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff and management.
- Support project sites with manpower deployment and admin needs.
- Maintain vendor database and liaise with service providers (security, transport, etc.).
- Organize company events, meetings, and staff welfare activities.
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses, contracts, and statutory registrations.
