Job Title: HR & Administrative ManagerRole Overview

The HR & Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and administrative operations of the organization. This role ensures smooth office management, effective people practices, compliance with policies, and a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Plan and conduct training, development, and staff engagement programs
  • Promote a healthy work culture, teamwork, and employee well-being

Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
  • Manage office facilities, utilities, assets, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record maintenance
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and support services
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Control administrative budgets and optimize operational costs
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the workplace

Coordination & Leadership

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
  • Support management in organizational planning and decision-making
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
