Job Title: HR & Administrative ManagerRole Overview
The HR & Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and administrative operations of the organization. This role ensures smooth office management, effective people practices, compliance with policies, and a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Plan and conduct training, development, and staff engagement programs
- Promote a healthy work culture, teamwork, and employee well-being
Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
- Manage office facilities, utilities, assets, and vendor relationships
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record maintenance
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and support services
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Control administrative budgets and optimize operational costs
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the workplace
Coordination & Leadership
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Support management in organizational planning and decision-making
- Monitor compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
