Work Mode: On-site / Factory Floor

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR cum Factory Manager with experience in a manufacturing setup to manage factory-floor operations and labor workforce. This role requires close involvement with daily labor management, attendance tracking, basic HR coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The candidate must be comfortable working on the factory floor and managing workers directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise factory labor workforce, ensuring discipline, productivity, and attendance
• Maintain and track labor attendance records accurately
• Handle HR-related coordination for factory staff
• Manage day-to-day factory administrative activities, including:
• Payment and tracking of regular bills
• Maintenance expenses
• Employee accommodation rent
• Vehicle maintenance and fuel expenses
• Coordinate upkeep and maintenance of factory premises and vehicles
• Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations through direct floor-level supervision
• Use computers for basic tasks such as:
• Email communication
• Data entry and reporting in Excel

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setup
• Strong experience handling labor workforce directly on the shop floor
• Hindi fluency is mandatory to effectively manage labor
• Basic working knowledge of English (emails, Excel, basic documentation)
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work full-time on the factory floor
• Willingness to work long hours as per factory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
