Role Overview
We are seeking an HR cum Legal Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring legal compliance across contracts, policies, and regulatory matters. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance people management with legal responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- HR Operations: Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and performance reviews.
- Policy Implementation: Draft and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Legal & Compliance
- Contracts & Documentation: Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company law, and statutory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordination with Legal Advisors: Liaise with external counsel for complex matters.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, or Business Administration (LLB preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and legal documentation.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate compliance, and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹11,004.57 - ₹32,055.58 per month
